Ask for a room on a higher floor to avoid noise from guests in lower levels.

As this is my fourth visit to the Malaysia as a guest I knew what I could expect and the staff lived up to their reputation. all front of house staff are excellent and their customer service is tops!
The Restaurant menu is not as good as it once was. Other friends who have stay here on ocassions have also commented on this matter. Plenty of other eating places around to satisfy ones hunger pains.

Location: the hotel was really close to Lumphini Station and Lumphini Park, night life and the restaurant, which incidentally serves good food and really good scrambled eggs. Ate at Kinchansi Fish Restaurant, it's a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

Very comfortable and very low-cost with free bottled water to room each day. Gay friendly. Pleasant in-house restaurant by swimming pool.
Slightly overdue for renovation.

Couple seeking a decent stay with some quirks
The restaurant staff were really attentive, and the food they served was pretty good. I even got to enjoy some nice wifi, worked like a charm when I needed to catch up on some work.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for the experience, it was still acceptable.

Friendly service. Simple but clean, quiet & safe rooms. Above average Thai restaurant. very affordable.
Should upgrade the bathroom facilities. Install better sound proof doors, if someone speaks in the corridoe they can be heard clearly in the room.

Comfortable stay with friendly vibes
We stayed 5 nights and it was super chill. The staff were really nice and most spoke English, which helped. The room was comfy and clean, though a bit dated. I enjoyed the 24-hour restaurant nearby, even if the food's just okay. The massage spa was a highlight-if you get the right person, it's amazing! The only annoying thing was the traffic outside, typical Bangkok.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Swimming pool was well maintained.
The beds are horrible, the top layer of the mattras consist of metal spines that hurt your bones. After the first night the staff offered to move to a different room. The other rooms we checked out were slightly better but still not confortable.
